Ivan Koh

CEO

Ivan Koh is CEO of ESR Real Estate Services Management, responsible for ESR Real Estate Services Management’s business and operations in Singapore.

Ivan has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector covering property management, centre management, marketing & leasing, asset and investment management, and project development management in Singapore, China and India.

Prior to joining ESR Real Estate Services Management, Ivan was CEO of Perennial Real Estate, China. His portfolio comprised over 5.5 million sqm of developments including six operational assets, six projects under development and healthcare assets in first-tier cities and major provincial cities. Ivan previously held various positions including COO (Retail) at DLF International Holdings Pte Ltd in New Delhi and Regional General Manager of West China and General Manager of North China at CapitaLand Retail Limited (renamed CapitaLand Mall Asia Limited).

Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (Honours) from the University of London, UK.

Tada Akihiro

General Manager, Head of Japan Desk

Tada Akihiro is General Manager, Head of Japan Desk, responsible for researching the Japanese real estate market.

Tada has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries in Japan. Prior to his current appointment in ESR Real Estate Services Management, he was the General Manager of SMBC Trust Bank, in charge of an intermediary for overseas investors. Tada has previously held various positions in the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation group in Japan, with experience in commercial banking, merchant banking, and consumer finance. He also has 6 years of work experience in the Philippines.

Tada is a Real Estate Transaction Agent in Japan, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Chemistry from Sophia University, Japan.

Serina Lim

Director, Finance

Serina heads the Finance team and is responsible for handling the financial and management reporting, internal controls and governance. Her role also includes the day-to-day running of the finance operations of the Company and its clients. She works very closely with clinets’ asset managers and the heads of finance to ensure alignment of strategies and conformance of accounting policies.  

Serina has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and previously held positions in Mapletree Logistics Trust, CapitaLand Financial Limited and City Developments Limited. She was also involved in the Initial Public Offering of Cache Logistics Trust (now known as ESR Real Estate Investment Trust).

Serina holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and is a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.  

Lily Tan

Director, Office Marketing

Lily heads the Singapore Office Marketing team, primarily responsible for the marketing and leasing of the office assets, comprising mainly of the Suntec City Office Towers portfolio.  She works closely with the asset managers in developing and executing the marketing strategies.

Leading a team of marketing and leasing professionals in delivering significant results for our clients, Lily is focused on the marketing and leasing our portfolio of office properties, providing strategic advisory services and workplace solutions to our corporate clients, building strong tenant engagement and effectively executing tenant retention plans.   

Eleanor Jane

Director, Retail Marketing

Eleanor heads the Singapore Retail Marketing team and is primarily responsible for the marketing and leasing of Suntec City and the other properties that ESR Real Estate Services Management handles. She holds a close working relationship with the asset managers in curating and executing the leasing strategies.

Eleanor has extensive retail marketing and leasing experience through her previous employment with CapitaMalls Asia Ltd, where she was at for 11 years prior to joining ESR Real Estate Services Management.

Chiew Han Joo

Deputy Director, Marketing Communications

Han Joo leads the Marketing Communications team, pirmarily focused on the marketing strategy and activities of Suntec City. She leverages over a decade of strategic expertise cultivated across major commercial property and global aviation environments.

Her expertise was forged in market-leading organisations, including CapitaLand Mall Asia Limited, Singapore Airlines Limited, and Shangri-La Hotel International Management Ltd. With a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing communications strategies that deliver commercial results and build robust brands, Han Joo’s dual industry expertise provides a unique perspective on customer acquisition, regulatory compliance, and market penetration.

Wendy Soh

Centre Director, City Operations

Wendy heads the Centre Management team covering office and retail operations of Suntec City. She brings with her over 20 years of real estate experience covering different facets from asset management, brand and marketing communications, customer relationship management and facilities management.

Wendy holds extensive experience in real estate management and worked with reputable organisations namely, CapitaLand Retail Management, Perennial Real Estate with her last role at SPH Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd.

Wendy holds a Master of Science in Marketing (Hons) from University College Dublin.

Teo Feng Fu

Head of Sustainability

Feng Fu leads the provision of environmental sustainability design consultancy. He works closely with asset managers to devise strategies and plans to meet the environmental aspirations for assets with a focus on energy management.

Feng Fu brings with him a decade of experience in the real estate sector spanning property management, marketing & leasing and projects management. His previous employment includes roles at Frasers Property Commercial Management Pte Ltd, Jones Lang LaSalle Property Management Pte Ltd and CBM Pte Ltd.

Feng Fu holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore. His credentials also includes Singapore Certified Energy Manager, Green Mark Advanced Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) and LEED Accredited Professional (Building Operations + Maintenance).
