              1. Your Personal Data<\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

              1.1 \u201cPersonal Data\u201d refers to any data about you from which you can be identified. Depending on your interaction with us, this includes:\u202f<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

              (i) Identity & Contact Data: Name, NRIC\/Passport number, date of birth, telephone number, mailing address, and email address; <\/span><\/span>

We also use data to operate AI-based recommendation or decision-support systems in a manner consistent with the March 2024 PDPC AI Guidelines, ensuring transparency and fairness.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

              3.2 Exceptions & Legitimate Interests: We may process data without consent for fraud prevention, crime investigation, or evaluating business<\/span> operations (Section 15A), or for business improvement activities (Section 15B) where assessed as <\/span>low-risk<\/span> to individuals.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

              4. Withdrawal of Consent & Mandatory Notification<\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

              4.1 You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our DPO. Note that withdrawal may result in our inability to continue providing certain services or platform features to you. <\/span><\/span> 
              \n<\/span>4.2 In the event of a data breach, we will conduct an assessment and notify the PDPC and affected individuals if the breach is deemed notifiable under the Mandatory Data Breach Notification Obligation.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
